Welcome!
The NC School of Performing Arts was established to provide the highest caliber of
dance, theatre and music education in the Jacksonville area. Offering excellent instruction
at all levels, NCSOA desires to equip its students with the necessary training needed
whether they have professional aspirations or just desire personal development.
Registration
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE, annual registration fee of $25.00 per student. This fee
is never prorated, regardless of date of enrollment. Registration fee and one month’s
tuition is required to register. Classes lacking a minimum number of students are subject
to cancellation.
Payment Policies
TUITION BILLING: Tuition is billed on the 5th of every month. Monthly tuition has
been set to average holidays, performance dates and four/five week months and is
therefore charged equally each month. Tuition is not prorated due to student absences. If
you wish to withdraw your student and discontinue billing, withdrawal must be submitted
in writing to NCSOA at least 30 days prior to effective date of withdrawal. This allows
NCSOA a reasonable amount of time to make known and fill the upcoming available space
in the class You will be held responsible for all tuition and fees due if proper withdrawal
has not been submitted, even if a student/parent chooses to discontinue attending class.
Students who temporarily withdraw from a class intending to return, take the risk of losing
their space in the class and will be charged a $20 re-enrollment fee.
